Learn the Power of Node-Based Generative Art

ComfyUI is a free, open-source interface for generating AI art using Stable Diffusion. But unlike most tools that give you little control, ComfyUI is entirely visual, modular, and made for artists who want flexibility without needing to code. This course shows you how to confidently use it to create images, animation, and even your own custom workflows — no tech background required.

What’s Possible with ComfyUI

Imagine turning a simple text prompt into a cinematic landscape, animating your characters with just a few clicks, or creating stunning 360° VR art that surrounds your viewer. With ComfyUI, you’re not just generating images—you’re designing full creative pipelines. Want to create AI-enhanced videos? Swap faces? Stylize a series with LoRAs? Even begin experimenting with 3D forms using Trellis workflows? ComfyUI makes it all possible—and this course gives you the foundation to do it confidently. While we focus on the essentials, we’ll stay flexible—if you’re curious about something specific, we’re ready to adapt the live sessions to support your creative goals.

Free Introductory Event – Saturday, 17th May 2025

Experience the course before enrolling. This live session includes key content from Module 1 and a live walkthrough of how ComfyUI works.

What you’ll learn in the free session:

  • What generative AI is (and isn’t)
  • How image generation works using diffusion models
  • Why ComfyUI is ideal for creators who want control and flexibility
  • What makes a good prompt — and how to improve your results

Date: Saturday, 17th May 2025

Duration: Approx 1.5 hours
Time: 20:00 BST (London)

=> Click HERE to see what you’ll learn in Detail

Module 1: Foundations of Generative AI

Learn the principles behind generative AI and how tools like Stable Diffusion work. We’ll explore diffusion models, transformers, latent space, and common terminology. This sets the groundwork for everything that follows — especially for those new to AI-generated art.

Module 2: Getting Started with ComfyUI

Install and launch ComfyUI on your computer (or in the cloud). Learn about the interface, how to load models, and how ComfyUI’s visual node system works. By the end of this module, you’ll be generating your first images and ready to start customizing your prompts.

Module 3: Basic Workflows and Prompting

We’ll guide you through the standard text-to-image generation process, and introduce prompt engineering techniques that make a big difference in results. You’ll also learn how to structure prompts, emphasize key elements, use negative prompts, and optimize generation settings like CFG scale, sampling steps, and seed control.

Module 4 : Advanced Techniques (ControlNet, IP-Adapter, LoRAs)

Take your creative control to the next level. This module introduces tools for precise control over structure, pose, lighting, and style. You’ll learn how to use ControlNet for guiding image content, IP-Adapter for conditioning results with reference images, and LoRAs for applying specific styles or custom characters. You’ll also explore image-to-image workflows and style preservation techniques.

Module 5: High-Quality Image Upscaling with Flux

Learn how to enlarge and enhance your AI-generated images without losing detail. This module covers traditional vs AI upscaling, and focuses on the Flux upscaler—a ControlNet-based model that can enhance detail, texture, and resolution. You’ll build workflows for 2x, 4x, and even multi-stage upscaling suitable for print or large displays.

Module 6: Cloud GPU & Remote Workflows

No powerful GPU? No problem. This hands-on session teaches how to run ComfyUI in the cloud using RunPod or Google Colab. You’ll learn about spinning up cloud GPUs, managing costs, persistent storage, and accessing your models remotely. We provide you with:

By the end, you’ll be able to run any ComfyUI workflow without needing high-end hardware at home.

Module 7: Video Generation with AnimateDiff

Create short animated clips from your AI prompts. You’ll learn how AnimateDiff works, how to generate frame sequences, control motion, and use prompts that guide animation over time. We’ll also explore camera simulation, motion strength, looping, and integrating with ControlNet and IP-Adapter for advanced control.

Module 8: Workflow Optimisation & Troubleshooting

A practical clinic for fixing slow or broken workflows and improving performance. Topics include:

  • Using batching, caching, and Flash Attention
  • Saving memory with LoRA, VAE tiling, and compression tricks
  • Fixing errors like CUDA out of memory or mismatched model inputs
  • Debugging with console logs
  • Profiling GPU activity
You’ll receive a reusable cheat-sheet and a broken workflow to practice repairs live in-session.

Module 9: Custom Node Development in Python (VIP Session)

For students ready to dive deeper, this module covers how to write your own ComfyUI nodes using Python. You’ll learn how nodes work, how to structure your own inputs and outputs, and how to automate or extend your workflows. Prior coding experience is helpful but not required.

Module 10: Capstone Projects & Portfolio Creation (VIP Session)

Apply what you’ve learned with a personal project that showcases your skills. Whether it’s a character sheet, an animated scene, or a series of stylized images, we’ll guide you through planning, building, and refining your work. You’ll finish with a polished portfolio piece and optional feedback session.

Worried It’s Too Complex?

We understand — AI tools can be intimidating. That’s why this course is built from the ground up for artists, not programmers.

You’ll learn how to confidently generate beautiful artwork in ComfyUI —
Even if you:

  • Have never used Stable Diffusion or a node system before
  • Don’t know what a LoRA or VAE is yet
  • Have limited computer experience or no GPU at all

Every session includes step-by-step instructions, screen-sharing, live Q&A, and downloadable templates. If you get stuck, we’ll help you get unstuck.

Exploring using Trellis , ComfyUI, and various other powerful nodes to create a workflow for transforming 2D images into 3D models.

What Makes This Course Different?

  • Taught live by Vladimir Chopine, who has trained thousands of artists across 3D, digital art, and AI workflows
  • You’ll receive clear explanations, not technical lectures
  • You get immediate feedback during the sessions — not just video replays
  • Includes setup guides for both local installs and cloud workflows (no GPU needed)
  • You’ll be learning alongside other creative professionals — not just tech users

This course is designed to give you practical mastery — the kind that helps you build an actual workflow, not just watch someone else do it.
